• Some point annunciators are defective.


• The electromagnetic type protective relays need to be testsed for settings, or may be need replacement with numeric type relays.


• Some spare cables need connection with the switchgear.


• Cables of feeder # 22 and feeder # 17 need rectification.


• 110 V DC battery room which caters to 32 HT panels should be kept in good fettle.


• HT control room wiring needs to be tightened.


• Two 415 V Sirens are run daily and recird needs to be kept.


• JE and SBA who man the control room should record closing of circuit breaker.


• Fault segregation chart needs to be prepared.
